    No, it is suitable for anyone, the fact that it is Keto Friendly is not a limitation, but on the contrary, it is a healthier alternative to normal bread, since it does not contain sugar, contains very few carbohydrates and has a good protein content.

    The ingredients used are of high quality, the oil used for baking is Olive Pomace Oil.

    Why is it Keto Friendly?


    There are many myths around the Keto diet or lifestyle, if X or Y ingredient, however minimal, is prohibited or will "get you out" of Ketosis immediately, if it has a harmful effect on health, etc.

    The Keto diet or lifestyle, part of the word "Ketosis" in English (Ketosis in Spanish), where it is sought to be in this state (Ketosis) by generating Ketones through our own body, for this it is necessary to limit the consumption of Carbohydrates, Proteins and increase Fats.

    There is no ingredient by itself, only that by eating it in minimal quantity it "gets you" out of that Ketosis (if you are already in it), it is very important to know your daily Macros, so that you continue in Ketosis, your Macros are defined by your personal and unique needs and goals.

    The vital wheat gluten (Seitan) that our breads contain, is only not recommended for people with gluten sensitivity (Celiacs), gluten has nothing to do directly with Keto.

    We use Seitan, modified wheat starch, that is, its modification is the extraction of certain nutrients that are necessary to achieve a taste / texture similar to bread, but that do not have a medium or high glycemic impact on the body as would be the flour of wheat as such in medium or high quantities.

    The oat fiber we use is somewhat similar, we only use oat fiber, not oatmeal as such, so its glycemic impact is minimal.
